Theodo aims to enhance the technical quality and innovation of its Run offering to support growth and achieve recurring revenue objectives. The Run Tech Director will ensure technical excellence, structure technical teams, and drive innovation (AI-augmented support, observability). They will actively participate in technical sales and visibility efforts, positioning Theodo's Run as a market benchmark.
🚀 Key Responsibilities and Objectives 🚀
The Run Tech Director is responsible for technical quality, innovation, and structuring technical teams. They will improve Run offerings (Application Maintenance, Cloud Management, Data Run, etc.) and support sales with their expertise.
- Within 3 months: Precisely measure and improve the technical quality level of Run teams (incidents, resolution time, 3S/ROSE) and identify initial leads and necessary recruitments.
- Within 6 months: Achieve visible gains in quality and productivity through innovation (observability, engineering, AI-augmented support), with leads in place within complete teams.
- Within 12 months: Teams will be structured and autonomous, operational excellence will be demonstrated to clients, and innovations will give Theodo a competitive advantage in the custom Digital Native software Run market.

- 8+ years of solid development experience – you know how to deliver, debug, and scale.
- You understand production run (≥2 years): incidents, SLOs, monitoring – nothing scares you.
- You naturally take the lead: you engage teams and drive progress quickly.
- Ultra-curious: GenAI, automation, observability… you test, POC in a few days, and industrialize afterward.
- You have a real vision for AI in Run – and you know how to translate it into concrete impact.
- Comfortable speaking publicly: conferences, posts, evangelism.
- Architect at heart: you structure robust systems and help close complex deals.
- Demanding, strong ownership, results-oriented – you make things happen.
